Important Billing Information for Patients with High Deductible Plans

Because many health insurance plans have deductibles, you may be billed for the full cost of your visit IF:

  1. You have not met your deductible yet especially with high deductible plan OR
  2. Your co-pay doesn’t count towards your deductible

The cost of your visit is determined by the fees your insurance company negotiated with CityMD.

Be in the Know

Each company offers different insurance plans and products to fit a variety of needs. Be sure to check with your insurance company about the specifics of your plan to serve your best interests AND to stay in the loop of whatever policy changes they make each year.
